Speech by Director-General of the Certificate of ISO

Gentlemen
We welcome you today to share the joy receipt of a certificate of conformity with ISO 9001:2008 company BM Trada British
Established an Institute specialized in engineering industries in the Republic of Iraq under the law No. (128) of 1972, amended No. (40) for the year 1977 to service industries, engineering and technology by increasing its efficiency and to be able to provide technical support inside and outside Iraq.
Institute initiated the exercise of its activities initially since August 1973 and is an autonomous and linked to the Minister of Industry and Minerals.
In April 1978, the Institute signed an agreement for technical cooperation with the United Nations Office for industrial development programs, in 1998 the institute became a public company under the Companies Act No. 22 of 1997, and assumed the advancement of the work entrusted to him, but he was to destroy Lebanon's infrastructure in the events in 2003, accompanied by looting and plundering, but those who care about actively rehabilitated as you see before you today.
Exercise the Institute to achieve its objectives the following activities:
  1 - Preparation of applied research and studies technical and economic feasibility of various projects and provide advice with respect to study the problems and constraints and remove bottlenecks in the projects, factories and existing installations.
    2 - Preparation of designs by him or by contracting with third parties (universities, consulting offices) and the preparation of detailed designs and plans for projects carried out by the Institute in addition to preparing designs for other points of access.
  3 - Contributing to the rehabilitation of production lines for projects and factories inside and outside Iraq by carrying out maintenance and inspection engineering and operation, whether through the full implementation or providing or through supervision and technical advice, as well as participation in Iraq reconstruction projects.
  4 - Conduct engineering tests and laboratory examination and certification under the standards required in addition to the exercise of an activity of quality assurance of products, including help to solve the technological problems and to avoid defects that may appear in the products either during manufacture or use.
  5 - Provide technical assistance and advisory services to companies on various kinds of topics in rehabilitation in accordance with the requirements of ISO standard (ISO 9001:2008) and the establishment of specialized programs in the applications (ISO 9000) in addition to the establishment of scientific programs and applied to the qualification of the auditors of the quality of entrants in cooperation and coordination with the Central Organization for Standardization and quality control 0
  6 - Development of human resources and training for all levels of industrial and other various means.
  7 - Update and improve the equipment and machinery and laboratory equipment, workshop and in line with global developments with a view to providing the best services in all areas.
8 - Building standing relationships with Iraqi , Arab and foreign universities and institutes, through institutions and research centers to exchange experiences and expertise to individuals.

The desire of the Institute in developing and specialist  in the provision of services and to maintain a presence in the market, invited him to apply the quality management system by decision of the board of directors for the application of quality standards and the efforts of the self, drawing on the Quality Management Section has, despite the newness of this configuration, which was founded in 2000, but the insistence of the employees and dedication in their work with the support of the administration's heavy which is a prerequisite for the application of the system, contributed to our presence here today to celebrate this occasion, to be achieved for the first time in Iraq, Iraqi state-owned company obtaining a certificate from international donors, a company BM Trada British closing, let me thank all of contributed to this great achievement and it is the beginning, God willing to obtain certificates of another recall, for example, is not limited to Environmental Certification and reliability of laboratory hoping for all successfulness success and emulate the experience of leading the Institute in this area, peace and mercy of God be upon you.
