Preparation the planning of research and supervision on
scientific research and the process carried out through
the study of industrial problems and to find the
appropriate solutions in collaboration with the
technical sections of the SIEI. |

Scientific cooperation and exchange in experiences
between the SIEI and Iraqi universities through the
conclusion of contracts for consulting with university
professors. |

To participate the preparation of technical and economic
feasibility studies for new industrial projects. |

To provide scientific and technical consulting and make
solutions to the problems and constraints *** * * also
to raise the efficiency, performance, increase
productivity and to reduce waste and damage in the
production of industrial enterprises,
through the Committee to address
the damage. |
